The admin can here add, edit and delete groups

• Caution: User privileges always overwrite group privileges
• Four groups are added through installation and shouldn't be removed
• If you add a new group you must choose a name and setup the groups privileges
• If don't want to use the default settings uncheck the specified checkbox
• By highlighting a categorie the users of this group will only be able to write news of these categorie(s)
• If you assign categories to the group 'Moderator' the users can edit news of these cateogies, too.
• Editing and deleting is no big thing
