The admin can here add, edit and delete users

• Caution: User privileges always overwrite group privileges
• If you don't want to use default settings please uncheck the specified checkbox
• If you assign one or more categories to the user, he/she will be able to write news of these categories. If the user is a Moderator he will be able to edit news of these categories, too.
• If you want to edit a user you must first select the user out from the list
• Now you have different options to choose from and most are easy to understand
• The password is displayed encrypted as stored in the database. If you don't want to edit it just don't edit the field
• Deleting is no big thing. It just deletes the user's data stored in the database
